Taking fitness centre induction online
The challenge
The University of Exeter has recently invested £8 million, building a new state of the art Russell Seal Fitness Centre. In the past, fitness centre instructors delivered thirty minute face-to-face briefing sessions for groups of twelve students at a time.
The solution
With over 3,000 students to be briefed, this took time and cost a lot of money. Just90 enabled the University to complete the induction online as part of the ]i process.
The feedback
Using video allows us to target a wide audience of students using the internet, both quickly and efficiently. We also wanted to do something a bit more cutting edge.
Working with Just90 was excellent. They were proactive, giving me ideas that I hadn’t even considered and when it came to the filming, they directed us brilliantly. In fact, all communications with them were really quick (even during the night when I thought I wouldn’t get a response until the next day and 2 minutes later one would arrive in my inbox!)
Our timescales were very challenging and Just90 met them. Video is the way that the industry is heading, and Just90 gave us a quick, concise and powerful way to communicate to a wide audience. I would definitely recommend Just90 to anybody and hope to use them again in the future.
