Helping customers understand complicated insurance products
The challenge
i:protect is an insurance company and sells a product called lifestyle protection. Many people say that this is the most important insurance cover somebody with the family should have. However, it is very poorly understood as a product and sales levels are a long way below other comparable products.
The solution
A Just90 video explaining the product, and more critically why it is important. This can be achieved far more efectively through the spoken word than text. The scripting process by Just90 for the video also helped to clarify the key issues and benefits. Within weeks the video had enjoyed over 5,000 views.
The feedback
I would definitely recommend Just90. From the outset they tell you what you’re going to get and at what cost (at a reasonable price too). Whilst you might expect there to be hidden costs or extras to purchase along the way, this is not the case with Just90. They deliver what they say they will – unusual in the industry!
