The power of good internal communications
The challenge
As a result of the launch of Auto Enrolment for employees LV= needed to explain the changes involved to their 5,700 employees and help them to understand the options available in a simple, consistent and cost-effective manner.
The solution
LV= decided to use Just90 video as part of a communications programme; one that also included more website support, and more traditional documents and cascade briefings. This enabled them to reach large numbers of employees wherever they were located around the country in a consistent manner .
